I am going to make a few lipbalm sticks tomorrow. Yesss, having fun now with the stirring! The recipe is basically Heikes Natural Lip Balm recipe from Olionatura.
I have a few little additions to it though..., and a question...
No water so no preservatives necessary? For a stick that comes into contact with lips and saliva so often it seems almost weird to not conserve it with Rokonsal, or something else ( to me). Maybe because there is water (and all kinds of living organisms) in saliva. I use to carry a stick in my jeans pocket all the time. Warm place after all... It's is nice to have as little sh*t in it as possible though.. What are your thoughts about preservatives in a lipbalm stick? Should one avoid it? Is it just preference, ect.?
It's English mixed with German and Dutch, lol, but everyone understands it I am sureLipbalm (30 g) | 01.10.2021
